Patient Information
Everything you need to know before your first visit to Polo Dental Naples, from what to bring to how appointments are scheduled.
Your first visit
A first appointment typically includes a review of your dental and medical history, a clinical examination of your teeth, gums, bite, and soft tissues, any diagnostic imaging that is clinically indicated, and a discussion of findings, options, and priorities.
What to bring
- Photo identification
- Your dental insurance information, if you have coverage
- A list of current medications and relevant medical conditions
- Recent radiographs or records from a previous dentist, if available
Appointments and scheduling
Appointments can be requested through the contact form. A team member will follow up to confirm a time. If you need to change an appointment, please give as much notice as possible so the time can be offered to another patient.
Office hours, appointment cancellation policy, and new patient paperwork have not been provided yet and will be published here once confirmed.
Comfort and anxiety
Dental anxiety is common and is treated as a clinical consideration. Tell the team before treatment begins so the appointment can be paced appropriately, with clear explanations and breaks whenever you need them.
